My name is Jill Newberry-Evans. I provide instruction in yoga and mindful-fitness.
My approach begins with the breath. The breath is the bridge between mind and body, so as we take the time to set our distractions aside, and allow ourselves the opportunity to reconnect with the natural flow of our breath, we return to our natural rhythms, we come home to our selves.
My 20+ years experience has led me to believe that ultimately, we are our own best teachers; that the answers we seek, are already inside. Sometimes all we need is the opportunity to set the "doing" or "seeking" aside, and give ourselves the space and time we need to just "be". It is in the present moment that the body and the mind are truly free.
