Bio

I am an integrated healer, sacred artist/activist and a spiritual educator. I'm currently finishing an Acupuncture Practitioner's diploma and I'm also a sound healer. I use pure quartz crystal bowls to align the chakra system, use tuning forks combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory as well as give workshops on sound healing with my friend Jason. Together we comprise SHEN, Sound Healing Energy Nexus, and we're free to give sound healing presentations and performances. I've been working with a community of healers from Six Nations for over a year now as well and am passionate about working with people to re-establish connections with the Earth. I'm also studying a form of shamanic healing at the moment called Shaking Medicine which addresses this dilemma through amplifying one's vital energy to engage the multidimensional realms of Earth so we can expand our being into greater and more empowering experiences and expressions. I'm also an avid student of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and am currently working with Yin Yoga. I am known to hug and talk to trees in length and to spontaneous combust into dance and singing.
