Benefits of yoga
Hi everyone
I just joined this forum. I've been practicing yoga for many years and last year I took the teachers training course. It was amazing. I would highly recommend it for those interested in learning more about yoga postures and the science and philosophies behind it.
There are so many benefits to practicing yoga. It definitely improves your health for the better, keeps you looking young, vibrant and glowing. The more I practice, the better I feel.

I love the energizing feeling of doing inversions.
Hopefully I can connect with more teachers and individuals in this yoga community.

I am an oldtimer with yoga (almost 60!), but I am a little afraid of headstand. Can you help with some tips?
