Yoga for Emotional Empowerment
You are invited to come and explore yoga and other trusted tools for their beneficial and therapeutic uses to manage the emotions and to guide and empower you in living your truest life.
This supportive workshop experience is for those who are familiar with:
· Depression
· Anxiety
· Bipolar disorder
· Sleep disorders
· Fertility challenges
· Immune deficiency issues
· Or are being challenged by life and it’s stressful demands
By guiding you through exercises on and off the mat, you will get in touch with your body and tune into its needs on an emotional level. By understanding your emotions, you will see how to work with them and let them be the guide and alchemist that they actually are.
This is like learning to be your own coach for your emotions, right on the spot, the moment you are experiencing them.
We will play with yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath), kriyas (cleansing breath), mantras and chanting, the subtler tools of yoga, meditation, and more - to free the emotional blockages that are inhibiting you from expressing your true self.
Empower yourself to engage with your emotional body and free yourself of suffering.
Wear comfortable clothing. All drinks and snacks will be provided (tea, healthy snacks - wheat and gluten free)
