Yoga and meditation can be powerful tools for helping to manage anxiety and stress. Learn simple postures to help relieve the tension that accumulates in your body, as well as breathing and meditation techniques to help soothe your nervous system.
No previous yoga experience is necessary. All levels, including new students are welcome. Pre-registration is required.
