Meditation Workshop

In the Meditation Workshop we will discuss the hows and whys of meditation, do some simple stretching and breathing to prepare, learn tools for training your attention for meditation and integrating the experience, and then do a long sit. The workshop is open to those with or without other yoga or meditation experience. Chairs are available.
