Weekly Class -- Every Wednesday Starting September 8th.
This class provides opportunity to practice present moment awareness of body, mind, and spirit -- to reconnect with your body's natural rhythms with compassion and curiosity. These movement principles help to release and re-align the pelvis and spine, and create a framework for the discovery of your own joyful practice. Suitable for all levels of experience. New students welcome.
