INTERMEDIATE: Students ready to go deeper into Yoga are introduced to the Wisdom of Yoga and more strengthening poses (asanas). Poses are held longer and call upon a greater range of motion to open the body. More inverted poses are offered. Join this class if you are feeling comfortable in the Adult / Advanced Beginner Yoga and are looking to expand your practice. As with all of our classes, the focus is on gentleness.
