Headstand Workshop: Limited Enrolment
Whether you are new to the headstand or would like to strengthen your abilities, this workshop is for both beginners and experienced students. The headstand called Salamba Sirsasana is known as the king of all asanas. It has many physiological as well as psychological benefits. It develops overall balance, improves concentration, increases strength and endurance. Mastery of this posture also develops confidence and opens the door to many variations. This workshop is divided into 2 parts; the first is for beginners and the second for those who can remain balanced in the posture.

* Sun salutations to warm the body and focus the mind
* Step-by-step instructions on developing the posture
* Tips and precautions on how to develop a home practice
* Exercises for new students on balance and strength
* Variations for more experienced students
* Yoga Nidra (rest and relaxation process)
* Question and answer session
