Free Park Yoga

FREE PARK YOGA classes are now in their 6th season and will continue all summer long right up until Thanksgiving Weekend! Enjoy your practice in the fresh outdoors at the following locations in Toronto's east-end.

SATURDAYS: 10:00-11:00 AM - RIVERDALE PARK (north of Gerrard off Broadview Ave) by the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen statue near Bridgepoint Hospital
SUNDAYS: 10:30-11:30 AM - GREENWOOD PARK (corner of Dundas & Greenwood) off Alton Ave. by the skating arena
SUNDAYS: 6:00-7 PM - WITHROW PARK (off Carlaw & Withrow Ave.) under the trees at the south end of the soccer field.
WEDNESDAYS: 7-8: PM - Sunset Yoga in RIVERDALE PARK (same location as above)

JUST BRING A MAT AND YOUR SMILE TO PRACTICE (Maybe some water and bug spray too)

*Although there is no charge to participate in these classes, donations are happily accepted. A portion of the proceeds will go toward supporting the work of LOVECRY, a non-profit Toronto street kids organization that provides aid and guidance to those still homeless and/or suffering from abuse.
