Learn the techniques to bend backward in a safe, fun and energizing way. Back bends lengthen the spine, stretch the legs and open the chest, and hips. In a small class, develop a customized practice and balance your practice with twists, and forward bends. As an added feature photos will be taken of your progress; a great learning tool.
