Toronto, ON (June 14, 2010) – This year, for the first time, yoga students in Toronto’s West end had the chance to experience “Alignment Yoga”.
With her expertise in Kinesiology and Iyengar-based Yoga, Rachel Donen is helping her students develop better health. Rachel’s expertise is key to helping her students with “bad posture”, aches and pains, injury rehabilitation, general fitness, and the alignment of the inner and outer body.
Rachel’s students say that the number one reason why they do Alignment Yoga is because they “learn how to do the pose correctly”.
