Can anyone suggest some postures for headaches and or migraines ?

My progress in meditation

In our busy lives we often find excuses and reasons to bypass the important things in life. We can easily loose sight of the priority to maintain our health and mind. When we allow life to happen to us, we get lost in the illusions of the outside world. We are no longer able to help ourselfs or others because we have no concept of stability and being grounded. Taking 5 mins at a time, every morning before our mind sets into the daily routines, will allow for more centeredness and clarity of thinking.

maintaining skin condition

certain steps for maintaining the healthy condition of the skin by yoga too

1. by doing pranayam ( kapal bhati - it attract the face by doing it half hour it also lighten the skin coloration

by doing anulom vilom pranayam half hour it reduce the number of lences / if you have big number of specs for sure

by eating on time

by eating healthy food eg- vegetables juices fruits and also by havng almond pistas milk

by drinking a lot of water it give a special look glow on a face

Adventures in Yoga

So I decided to take advantage of the great weather we're having and take my yoga practice outdoors today....new extension on our deck would work wonders for my practice. I wiped down some space (moisture from the night left on the deck), set up my mat, block and strap. My 'babies' ...my dog and cat decided they wanted to join me and share in this glorious morning. So I let my dog out and got Jake, the cat, strapped n to his harness and we all got settled in for a great practice. The sun is shining, birds chirping and all is good in the world....absolutely beautiful.

RULES FOR ASANAS ( physical exercise)

keeping eyes closed helps to increase concentration.
for anyone with backache, heart or BP problem, do not bend forward.
do not lift both legs stright if it is uncomfortable, or if you have back heart or BP problems. you can bend the knees, if necessary.
Donot force any action.
People with hernia should not do Asanas that put pressure on lower part of the body and should not bend backwards.

Be comfortable and relaxed.
Breath control during asanas is very important moving forward - breath moving backward- breath in
