In this third and final part, Dr. Gagan Bhalla discusses some of the practical benefits of Yoga-Pranayam, which includes some personal reflection on its impact in his own life and that of his family. He also explores the way that Yoga is perceived in the West and the relationship between Yoga-Pranayam and religion.

Dr. Gagan Bhalla is the principal Canadian representative of Yoga-Pranayam, a movement lead by Swami Ramdevji. Yoga-Pranayam focuses on controlled breathing and posture to relieve pain, increase energy and improve body, mind and spirit. Gagan is coordinating the introduction of Yoga-Pranayam in Canada.
