Dr. Gagan Bhalla

Dr. Gagan Bhalla is the principal Canadian representative of Yoga-Pranayam, a movement lead by Swami Ramdevji. Yoga-Pranayam focuses on controlled breathing and posture to relieve pain, increase energy and improve body, mind and spirit. Gagan is coordinating the introduction of Yoga-Pranayam in Canada.

In part 1 of this interview, the first of three, Dr. Bhalla introduces the history and basic principles of Yoga-Pranayam and how it differs from other forms of Yoga more familiar to Westerners. He also introduces some of the reasons why people are attracted to this new, yet ancient, Yoga form.
